Account and Data Deletion

You can initiate deletion of your Raku AI account in the app or request deletion through this public page.

Delete in the app

Sign in to Raku AI.
Open Profile and then Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Complete the requested password or provider reauthentication and confirm.

Request deletion without the app

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account using the subject “Raku AI account deletion request.” We may request reasonable verification before completing the request.

Current deletion behavior

account access is disabled and active sessions are revoked
name, email address, profile images, profile settings, notification records, and device tokens are removed or replaced
linked Google or Apple identity records are disabled and a deletion request is sent for the related Firebase account
a one-way email hash and limited identity tombstones may be retained for security, fraud prevention, and one-time-benefit enforcement
the service runs a process to remove links between the account and relevant learning records; some product, purchase and security records may remain under a pseudonymous internal identifier

Records that must be kept for accounting, payment disputes, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations are retained only for the applicable purpose and period. Pseudonymous records are not the same as irreversibly anonymised data. Account deletion does not mean that every record and stored file is immediately erased; you can contact support for a request relating to specific content or media.

Store subscriptions

Deleting a Raku AI account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel future renewals through the subscriptions area of the store account used for purchase.
